Memory Care is an innovative facility designed to create “home” for our residents with dementia. Specialized therapies which integrate innovative concepts including the use of pets, plants, and music therapy engage and enrich the residents’ lives, providing a high quality of life and a high quality of care. Front porches overlook a vibrant Town Square which includes a chapel, cinema, and soda shop to trigger past memories and encourage participation in a variety of activities. Residents and families can enjoy the outdoors from screened porches and secure garden areas.

The Harbor at Twin Lakes Community is a state-certified specialized Adult Day Care program for adults living with dementia. This program is dedicated to providing these seniors with a fun, meaningful, and engaging day of activities while affording the caregiver respite from caregiving duties.
The Harbor is located in our beautiful Memory Care facility and provides program participants access to the enriching, interactive environment found therein.
